Inside the house you will have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV in both the lounge and master bedroom.
The first room on the ground floor is the cozy lounge at the front of the house. This room has 2 sofas, a leather poof and 2 beanbags.
Pass the stairs to the middle of the house where you'll find the dining room with a large 6 seat dining table.
To the rear the modern kitchen with a gas Range oven, microwave, dishwasher and fully stocked with all the crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and cookware you will need.
Beyond the kitchen is the utility room with large fridge freezer and washing machine. The door off to the rear garden with a small table and chairs.
Upstairs to the first floor is a twin bedroom, a king bedroom with TV and the impressive main bathroom. There's a large walk in shower, free standing bath, sink with vanity unit and toilet.
To the second floor there's a twin bedroom and a king bedroom with en-suite shower room.

To the first floor you'll find the first of the bedrooms. This is a twin bedroom then along the hall you'll come to the first of the King bedrooms. This is a spacious room with TV, hanging space, drawers and dressing table. The main bathroom is on this level.
Up to the second floor there's a big airy king size room with an en-suite shower room, hanging space and drawers. Across from this room there's a delightful twin bedroom.

To welcome you an initial supply of milk, tea, sugar, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.
You'll also find tea towels, cloths, washing machine pods, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, hand wash, surface spray, clingfilm, foil, salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen.
In the bathrooms toilet rolls and toiletries.

Each guest will be provided with one hand and one bath towel. Also, in both the bathroom and the en-suite you will find an additional hand towel and bath mat.
Freshly laundered crisp white bed linen is provided with 2 pillows per guest.
Included for longer stays, weekly housekeeping service is included along with a fresh set of linen and towels.
Additional towels can be supplied at an additional cost.
The utility room has a washer, iron and ironing board and a clothes airer perfect for drying soggy clothes after walking or golf on the Wirral.

West Kirby is one of towns that is built around its beautiful location at the north west tip of the peninsula. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea, the town has plenty of activities for all ages. With incredible views out to the Welsh Hills across the Dee Estuary, you will spend the first few minutes simply taking it all in. This picturesque spot is home the perfect place to begin or finish your day in peace and tranquillity. The Marine Lake offers a gentle stroll but if you prefer a longer walk, carry on along the beach or Marine Promenade. Away from the waterfront, West Kirby is known for its quirky streets and lively town centre. The Crescent, a curved street filled with Tudor architecture, is home to high-street brands and local stores, whilst Banks Road is lined with local independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Further afield Liverpool is just 25 minutes drive or shorter by train. The historic Roman Chester walls are just 40 minutes drive and the North Wales border less than an hour away.
