The open-plan layout creates a bright and inviting space, combining a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living area with a Smart TV and WiFi. The well-appointed kitchen includes a cooker, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and microwave—perfect for preparing meals at your leisure. The bedroom features a plush double bed with high-quality hotel linen, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The stylish en-suite bathroom boasts a luxurious waterfall shower, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.
Step outside to your own private courtyard garden, a sunny and peaceful retreat furnished with a table and chairs—ideal for morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. The annex is adjoined to the owner’s home yet maintains complete privacy. The tranquil double bedroom to the front of the property has wardrobe for clothes storage and an en-suite shower room with large rainfall shower, sink with vanity unit below for storage and toilet.
Linen and towels are provided along with some toilet rolls and basic toiletries

To welcome you an initial supply of tea, sugar, coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate.
You'll also find tea towels, cloths, washing machine pods, washing up liquid, clingfilm, foil, salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen.

housekeeping
Each guest will be provided with one hand and one bath towel. Also, the bathroom you will find an additional hand towel and bath mat.
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided with 2 bouncy pillows per guest.
Included for longer stays, weekly housekeeping service is included along with a fresh set of linen and towels.
Additional towels can be supplied at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance of your stay.


location
The location is fabulous. A 2 minute walk and you are on the Wirral Way, great for walking and cycling. Parkgate is a 10 minute cycle and further along to West Kirby where you'll find an abundance of independent shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants.
The Olive Tree Annex is just 5 minutes to Heswall town centre and being centrally located within easy reach of all the wonderful attractions the Wirral has to offer.
North Wales, Chester and Liverpool are all within 30 minutes drive.
