There is a fully equipped kitchen which has a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, grill, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster (No washing machine). Breakfast bar and two stools in the kitchen.
There's a shower cubicle and separate toilet & sink.
Bedroom area has a comfortable double bed, luggage rack and bedside drawers along with a 2 seater sofa.

Comfortable quiet bedroom which has a ROKU smart TV and sitting area. TV can be swivelled on the bracket to face the bed or sofa. With our quality mattress, hotel bedding, blinds and heavy velvet curtains to block out the light you should have a restful sleep

To welcome you an initial supply of tea, sugar, coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate.
You'll also find tea towels, cloths, washing up liquid, clingfilm, foil, salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen.
In the bathroom toilet rolls and toiletries.

Each guest will be provided with one hand and one bath towel. Also, in both the bathroom you will find an additional hand towel and bath mat.
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided with 2 bouncy pillows per guest.
Included for longer stays, weekly housekeeping service is included along with a fresh set of linen and towels.
Additional towels can be supplied at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance of your stay.
The kitchen has an iron and ironing board (no washing machine).

Situated just behind Watergate Street, one of the best spots for visiting Chester city centre. This 1 bedroom holiday let studio is just a stones through from the nearest pub, bars, clubs and restaurants. You'll not need to worry about taxis or getting around town. If you are visiting to go to Chester races, the racecourse is a couple of minutes walk away.
Should you wish to explore further afield, Liverpool is just half hour or so drive or 40 minutes on the train and the beautiful Welsh countryside on your doorstep.
Maybe book and visit the world famous Chester Zoo, just 10 minutes drive across town or watch a show at the Storyhouse. There's plenty to see and do in and around the area.
